Yoga for you & Baby
This class is for expecting mothers looking to deepen their connection to mind, body, and their growing baby. Tailoring to the mothers changing body, this class utilizes props such as blocks, bolsters, pillows and blankets. Beginning each class with a grounding breathwork practice, we will engage in pranayama practices that will help you through all stages of pregnancy. Moving slowly through the asanas(poses) will help mothers truly feel into their body and find the right position in the pose for them at that moment. This is a great class to find community with other mothers to share your pregnancy journey.
